Just wanted to share one of my recent design jobs here with a blog logo/header, as well as, blog redesign that I performed for Cathy over at An Empowered Spirit. Cathy, recently had her whole site crash and go down on her.
Before, I worked with her on this job, Cathy was thankfully able to get back her content, but never the look and feel of her old site. She contacted me looking for a fresh new look and design as per a mutual connection and friend we have in Kathy Radigan of The Dishwasher’s Possessed‘s recommendation.
Right away, I felt Cathy and I clicked for the job ahead of us and I truly had so much fun designing this new look for her. And by the way, she choose her font from Dafont.com and her color palette from Design Seeds.
From there, I headed over to iStock Photo to look at graphics that we could use for the logo.
Once we chose a new image for the logo, then I got to designing in Photoshop, which I will be honest is my favorite part getting to see the whole design as it comes together for me.

I think the caps are my theme now, but be assured when the comment comes through on my end, looks perfect. And I do have an even newer post on here (J9) going up in a few minutes about a new hosting company I am working with. Just been busy with this site and designs that I have been giving Confessions blog a break on Tuesdays now 🙂
