Just a very quick reminder and post today to all the Self Hosted WordPress Users about changing your dashboard clocks.
Today Daylight Savings Time indeed begins and you will want to change your blogs to reflect this, especially if you schedule posts at a certain time or you may find you posts not posting at the right time anymore.
To do this, you simply want to go into your WordPress dashboard and click on the Settings tab on the left-handside menu bar. Then click on General Tab.
In the General Tab, you want to fix the Timezone, which the 4th from the bottom on that menu. You want to move the number down not up. So, for instance, I am in the Eastern Timezone and I moved from UTC-5 to UTC-4. So, you again moving the numbers down one not up, essentially you are subtracting by 1.
This should do the trick and once you hit save you should now see the time adjusted to the correct time now.
Happy Daylight Savings to all and Happy Blogging, too!

Thank so much Janine! I had my time set for New York, but changed it to UTC-4 after reading your post, since I'm on EST as well. I did have a post that didn't go up on time tonight, and I totally wish I would have read your post earlier. :-/ Now, I know I'm good to go! 🙂
